Many casinos reward loyalty with points or a ladder of levels. Betfair Casino takes a plainer route. The rewards are a few standing promotions that anyone with an account can join, with no status to earn and nothing to be invited to.

Nothing in this table pays you for losing. Each offer is entertainment on top of a game, so treat it that way.

There is no application and no waiting list. What matters is doing the small things in the right order, because each offer has conditions that are easy to miss.

1. Verify the account fully.

   An unverified Irish account can deposit up to €2,000 in its first 30 days but cannot withdraw anything until verification is done.

2. Opt in yourself.

   Betfair does not apply bonuses automatically. Open the promotions page and join the offer before you play the qualifying game.

3. Know the bonus fair-play rules.

   Your deposited cash is played first, a wager bonus must be used within 7 days, and no single bet may be 30% or more of the bonus.

4. Fund with a debit card or Pay by Bank.

   Credit cards are banned for gambling in Ireland, and e-wallet deposits do not qualify for the second batch of welcome spins.

Betfair does have a loyalty scheme, called My Betfair Rewards, but it belongs to the Exchange. Sportsbook markets do not count towards it, and it is not part of the casino. Betfair does not publish why the casino has no tiered club, so any reason we gave would be a guess.

What we can say is how the rewards are built. Prize Pinball and Drops & Wins are open to anyone who takes part, and the Drops & Wins prizes carry no wagering. Nothing grows with how much you have lost, which is the usual weakness of a club that pays back a share of losses. Irish law also looks hard at bonuses aimed at a particular person or group, in section 157 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024.

Drops & Wins prizes are wager-free, and so are the winnings from the welcome free spins, which Betfair pays in cash. Wagering means playing a bonus through a set number of times before you can withdraw it, so "wager-free" means the money is yours to take out.

• Start with the numbers that can be checked. The welcome spins are valued at 10c each, so a batch of 50 is €5 of play and both batches together are €10. That is a small, honest figure, and any win from it is paid in cash.
• Drops & Wins is harder to price. Up to €20,000 per tournament and €2,000,000 across a month sound large, but they are the top of the range and are shared among everyone who takes part. Most players who join in will win little or nothing. Treat a prize as luck that happened to you, never as income and never as a plan.
• Games have a built-in edge for the operator, so over time stakes lose more than they return. A free game or a prize pool does not change that. The sensible order is to decide a budget first, set a deposit limit that matches it, and then enjoy whatever the offers add on top.

You did not opt in

Bonuses are never applied automatically. Open the promotions page, join the offer, and only then play the qualifying game or make the deposit.

Wrong game or deposit method

The €10 qualifying play must be on eligible Jackpot King games. E-wallets such as PayPal and Neteller are not valid for that deposit, so use a debit card or Pay by Bank.

The 7 days ran out

Each batch of welcome spins expires 7 days after it is awarded. Unused spins are gone after that, so check the date in your account.

The offer is not open to you

The welcome offer is for new customers who have not played the casino before, in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Some offers also have their own eligibility rules.

If it still looks wrong, use Message Us in the Betfair help centre and name the offer and the date. That gets a specific answer; "my bonus is missing" gets a template. Betfair publishes no phone number for Irish customers.

• The welcome terms give 10c spins, a 7-day expiry per batch and cash winnings, and name the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
• The help centre says a lower deposit limit applies at once and a higher one after 7 days.
• The casino page we could read was the UK and rest-of-world version, not an Irish-only page, so what your own account shows may differ. Prize Pinball's jackpot value and eligibility sit under its own terms, which we do not quote.
